Could mean he's a, what do you call it, Rick-Roller, in addition to anything else they are. Which, as the rulebook seems to say, doesn't mean he's not a cultist. Just that whoever visited him to check his role... wouldn't find it out.

"Yeah. Could also mean Kondraki's telling the truth and... who'd he say he switched Malakhiri with? Anyway, that person could also be the Rickroller, and that's why people who tried to visit Malakhiri heard the song. We just... haven't confirmed whether or not they actually got switched or not. So that could be something for tonight... someone actually watch or stalk or visit Malakhiri for sure and see if they hear anything. Or visit... damn I wish I could remember who Kondraki said he switched the death priest with. Because if nobody actually got switched out the first night, well... maybe we've got a cultist claiming to be a bus driver."

...Kondraki said he swapped Malakhiri and Red that first day, Lotus said she stalked Malakhiri and heard the music which gave Kondraki the alibi. Which would have to mean Red was the Rick Roller, or Kondraki never switched them at all.
