Peely and Elise find themselves on top of a cable car. There are two more on either side, and they're all accelerating down a slope. As for what's on the ground... if one would try to look down, they'd see a vast expanse of jungle. Although, if you're seeing the jungle that well, you're probably screwed.

With the power of flight, Elise has pretty much evaded Peely's sniper shot. True, the heel of her right shoe has been slightly misshaped due to how the bullet hit it, and the cars are going downhill kinda quickly, but hey, she's got a height advantage!

Elise winces as her own spell hits her. "Shoot!" She drifts upward a little more, getting dangerously close to the upper limit of the arena boundaries, and suddenly spots Peely chucking his gun at her.

Elise manages to catch Peely's gun. Among the spells she knows, "Bullet" appears to be the most recent.
Elise can hear series of quick footsteps. Down there, on the wires, is that meerkat fellow who Peely replaced. He's wearing a black-and-white striped shirt - this must be the referee uniform.
"Hey! Word's just come in from the boss; she wants you to stop flying... like, for the whole tourney. Mostly because of balance stuff, but... *huff*... you're causing the arena to render a lot more stuff... the servers might overheat... damn, running and talking is exhausting."
