I took away the pills because... well, I didn't trust it. How could anyone find, magic, a True Cure after I'd been spending all my time to do so to no avail? Dangerous, dangerous. Although maybe if I experiment with them I can see if they work and by what method.

Before Elizabeth gets on, she looks back at all the people she's leaving - Pico, Mrs. Mayberry, Percy - and then she looks forward, at all the people she's going with - Mr. Skiggs, Issac, Demoman, and Roulxs.
It seems she actually made it, she didn't die or get infected. What are the odds?

To Tavish Finnegan "Demoman" DeGroot, she gives… more loot. He was the one who wanted to make sure he was paid.
To Elizabeth, she gives a phone loaded with her number. It comes with a note: "Don't ghost me... oh, fine. Only call if you want to."
To Rouxls Kaard, she gives an old bestiary locked with a puzzle lock. "For the Animal Whisperer. Keep using those skills."
To Isaac, she gives a warm blanket of wooly mammoth hair and a dodo-down pillow. "With warm regards. Frankie."
To Skiggs, she gives one of the tranquilizer guns. "You look like a fellow who could use this. Use it wisely."
To Akatsuki and Akira, she gives a two-faced watch with a double-ended time portal that can be set to two different times. "This is for not two-timing us and sticking in there, even when it was twice as hard. If you want a place to use that genetic engineering knowledge in your resume, let me know."
With the shipment that has come in, now I have money and more equipment to study the virus and find a cure. And, of course, bring back more animals. The biosphere still needs to be restored, not just here. The animals may be safe for now, but there's still a lot of work to do. I have to make more serum. And I have to… deal… with my cousin. I have a feeling she's not going to let this go quietly.
Will Cousin Victoria appear in the next edition of Zombie Park Island? Will there be a new edition of Zombie Park Island when she's done with it? You'll just have to see!
