I can only hope the Doc'll have some fuckin’ mercy on you if that happens... Knowin’ her, that's just fuckin’ wishful thinkin’... Crazy-ass bitch... But it hasn't fuckin’ happened yet. So cross your fingers, and don't lose hope, alright?”
“We'll still lock you up with the other fuckin’ potential zombies, if that's what you really fuckin’ want. Percival and that Akatsuki bitch, were they? We'll put you three somewhere you can't fuckin’ escape, then check in the mornin’ to see if anyone else fuckin’ died. Looks like William's most inclined to fuckin’ heal you, anyway, so as long as the goddamn zombies don't get to him before he can heal you...”
[His voice trails off.]

That guy.. He was trustworthy. Even if it's to just one person, he was still trustworthy.
She looked at the others, before speaking up. "I would also like to be secluded, in case one of the people who got bitten kills a fellow bitten. I'm not afraid to take that risk."
She looked at William. "I'm just a normal trainee, unfortunately. Help someone else up if you want. I'm honestly not that useful in investigations."

I... I know what must be done. I cannot protect everyone at once. So I must choose one. I apologize in advance to you, Percy, and to those other two who's names are... evasive to me. Skiggs will survive the night, unless one of you turns and strikes him down. I'll make sure of it. I pray you will have enough of yourself left, should you turn, to recognize that striking me down would be a terrible error. Skiggs may walk free, for another night. I choose to heal Skiggs. If someone should perish the next night, it is either that pair, or Percy.

Dr. Frankie is again setting out a breakfast buffet. This time there's smoked salmon and lox with bagels and cream cheese, croissants, and various other things for a continental breakfast. Coffee, of course. And Frankie, as usual, has a mimosa in her hand.

Apparently sleeping late for the past week and missing breakfast every day was finally catching up to him. Look,I know you're not happy with how I'm running my operation. But it's your last night here if you wish, if you don't sign on, you can go home and go back to your lives. I hope… thing is, the boat isn't coming to this beach. It's going to dock all the way over at the western boat launch. But my bus is broken down and the spare parts are in a shed in the mountains! If you want any hope of you all reaching the Western Boat Launch tomorrow before the boat leaves, I'm going to need you to:
1. Find an alternate mode of transportation that can get you up to the Mountain Statiion. Build it if you must.
2. Get past the Smilodon near Inland Station
3. Safely find your way past the Giant Ground Sloths near Rainforest Station
4. Not become bear-food for the Short Faced Bears near Mountain Statin, while you retrieve the bus parts
Please just get safely past my animals, don't hurt them! I must insist on that.

1. Build a foot-powered cart out of wood. Bring some MEAT! to distract any carnivorous creatures.
2. Throw the MEAT! at the Smilodon.
3. Swerve, duck, and Naruto run the cart beneath the sloths... while being silent, of course, and not in their line of sight.
4. Throw some more MEAT! to distract the bears.

I must escape this place. Freedom is near. Freedom.
Step One: Trust in the power of extreme Athleticism to be enough to get to the mountain and up it and back again.
Step Two: Distract the Smilodon with a laser pointer.
Step Three: Make an arduous trek around the giant ground sloth area, so as not to face them at all.
Step Four: The bears may be enormous, but they are American bears. William Jennings Bryan breaks with his isolationist policies just for a moment, and invokes the Monroe Doctrine to intimidate the bears with the might of the US Army, and gets past them that way.
