Shoehorn and Frankie escort Tsumugi to the quarrantine cabin. Before she goes in, Frankie does her lab test on Tsumugi. Even though she still insists it's not reliable enough to do on everyone or release those who test negative.
It's negative. Tsumugi was almost certainly NOT a zombie.
