RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 Loren decides to contribute by >assisting people at successfully doing their actions without setting the mansion on fire and/or locking themself in a closet again RE: Close Circle - Magolor - 09-02-2021 "Now I look like some pyromaniac! Can't believe the pigs are gonna go this far..." His first solemn statement? Maybe? He just returns to the scene again. "So what did ya find? Just the body, that powder stuff, and the weird shape here?" RE: Close Circle - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-02-2021 >assisting people at successfully doing their actions without setting the mansion on fire and/or locking themself in a closet again (Loren) You do help out Gin. You can't really discover anything new. But at least you don't get in his way and hinder anything. RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 >continue providing assistance to people such that they can complete their actions without accidentally breaking things RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 ... obviously that's contingent on someone else actually attempting an action with which Loren can assist RE: Close Circle - Subparman - 09-02-2021 >Well, might as well turn everyone's rooms inside out just to make sure RE: Close Circle - artsyGeek - 09-02-2021 > WIG SEARCH! RE: Close Circle - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-02-2021 >continue providing assistance to people such that they can complete their actions without accidentally breaking things (Loren) You aid Gin in investigating bedrooms and you don't find any other evidence. >Well, might as well turn everyone's rooms inside out just to make sure (Gin) You go through everyone's bedrooms and you don't find anything incriminating. > WIG SEARCH! (Alto) Yes, those are wigs. All of them different colors and lengths. RE: Close Circle - Subparman - 09-02-2021 >... All righty then, this is in no way conclusive evidence and it would be a little ridiculous to try to eliminate someone based off it. Did we ever find out where the strychnine came from, before the whole poisoning thing happened? If not, start combing the mansion to find the source. RE: Close Circle - TalesofUnder - 09-02-2021 Calm down, Kato-san... anger is the easiest way to lose focus. >Brew some tea to help Pizzabug calm down RE: Close Circle - KungFuCutbug - 09-02-2021 "me? I'm actually relatively calm right now. save your efforts for when I'm swinging the axe around and really going berserker mode, then you can tell me to calm the hell down." RE: Close Circle - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-02-2021 >... All righty then, this is in no way conclusive evidence and it would be a little ridiculous to try to eliminate someone based off it. Did we ever find out where the strychnine came from, before the whole poisoning thing happened? If not, start combing the mansion to find the source. (Gin) You make a huge mess in Carmello's office, messing up his bookcase and destroying his desk. And he's not too happy about it. Look what you just did! Get the hell outta my office, you little punk! Carmello throws Gin out of there and against the wall hard. RE: Close Circle - PointMaid - 09-02-2021 ...Gin? I found a case of poisons, including strychnine, in the storeroom. RE: Close Circle - PointMaid - 09-02-2021 Loren, you want social deduction? Well, fine. Here's mine. I've been thinking about this a while and whether I should share it. I think it's you. You claim to be all about social deduction, but you're not offering any theories of your own. You know what's got to be really valuable to a scum? Knowing who they have to worry about in the future and who they don't. In case you haven't noticed, nobody's biting. You're not helping the the investigation. At all. I mean, if you helped, there's the off chance you inadvertently uncover something that could be, well, actual evidence. Even if you weren't trying to. You voted for Yukichi - but, yes, so did a lot of us. And, considering the evidence... I think given Pizzabug's testimony, if that's true, this was trying to frame her. I was looking at her, since she was suspecting me. (I told you all anybody could have gotten it in their head to use stilts. To throw us off even if it was discovered, I don't know. And there are a lot of short people here.) I could be wrong about that part. But I think it's you, Loren. /vote Loren RE: Close Circle - PointMaid - 09-02-2021 ...So nobody's going to respond to what I just said? RE: Close Circle - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-02-2021 Not wasting any time, are ya, Hobbit? All right, then. That's one vote for Loren. Get seven and she'll be in the obituaries. RE: Close Circle - KungFuCutbug - 09-02-2021 [Pizzabug, now sitting on the torn closet door, looks up at Snakeweed.] "...hmm... y'know what, that sounds... reasonable enough. we've obviously hit another point in our investigation where we've basically found everything we could find, and any further investigation's probably just gonna mess up the evidence. we're just running around in circles again, and honestly? Loren's insistence about that weird 'you have three abilities, who do you use them on' thing has been weirding me out. sooo..." [They stand up and dust themself off.] "if this ends up being a repeat of Yukichi's situation yesterday, I'm gonna be very pissed because I was hoping I'd be able to try and befriend Loren a little bit. but... we don't really have much else. so, sorry, Loren." /vote Loren RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 "... 'You have no theories' is an odd accusation to make for someone who... also had no theories until coming up with 'the one with no theories is sus'," Loren says. "You kinda sound like you're trying to vote me off because you find me annoying. "But I'll play along. To answer my own question, I haven't figured out yet who I'd protect or kill, but I'd investigate Pizzabug. They're very well-liked, and I'd very much like to know whether that charisma is leading us to victory or to ruin." RE: Close Circle - KungFuCutbug - 09-02-2021 [Pizzabug huffs.] "and of course you say you're trying to see whether I'm sus, when one of the reasons Snakeweed and I think you're sus is because I'm almost 100% getting framed here. you... really aren't helping your case." RE: Close Circle - Kennifer - 09-02-2021 "Yeah, I was... really wondering about those questions, especially how she kept asking them at the weirdest times for 'social deduction'. Like okay jeez, social deduction's great and all, especially when you've got stuff that doesn't just point to one person, but that's kind of a weird thing to ask. Could be an innocent but weirdly worded question, but if you take the weird timing into consideration... I mean, just before nightfall? And when people are trying to find actual evidence? That... seems less 'genuine interest in social deduction' and more... 'trying to create a diversion' or 'stalling for time', you know? I mean jeez... Loren seems really cool and it sucks when really cool people aren't on your side and all, but..." ...yeah, that is kind of... a lot of diversion and not-being-helpful, so... /vote Loren RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 "Hm. The words of someone not interested in considering alternative theories?" RE: Close Circle - wingedcatgirl - 09-02-2021 (09-02-2021, 22:30:35 PM)wingedcatgirl Wrote: "Hm. RE: Close Circle - Mr. Lee Hammer - 09-02-2021 All right, that's three votes. Four more are needed.... RE: Close Circle - KungFuCutbug - 09-02-2021 "I've been considering alternative theories this whole damn time! you heard me voice a suspicion about Chili earlier, right? I wasn't convinced enough to vote on it, but it was still the theory I thought was the most plausible at the time. now that's changed." RE: Close Circle - PointMaid - 09-02-2021 Yeah, social deduction is fine. But when it's something that could help the people trying to kill us figure out who to target, and you're also not helping find evidence? It starts to look sketchy. |
