A portal opens from the floor underneath Wendy, and as a result she gets sucked in.
The portal leads to a dry wasteland with two sets of train tracks intersecting in a T formation. There are also cameras set up surrounding the area. Wendy is tied to a set of train tracks while train horns can be heard growing louder in the distance. Eventually, the two trains crash into each other, killing Wendy in the progress. The nearby cameras take photos of the disaster before sending the printed results back through the portal, and right back to Ruby.

From the hallway, a familiar person walks in. From a glimpse, all you see of them is their long dark coat, their masked face, and their long pink hair. As they pull off the mask, and they enter the room, it becomes obvious who they are: Ivi, the same person the others found crushed underneath the fridge earlier that morning.
She walks into the room with an unwavering look, directly at Cass, before grabbing her collar. So, you're the one who killed me, huh?! You always were unhinged, huh! Should've taken action sooner.

Ivi responds to Henka, not taking her eyes off of Cass. You were a liability, Henka. The personification of pollution and reckless disposal! You were gonna get us all killed. I don't buy your role as proof you would have helped us! From what I've seen, the people who control your survival always use it to control you. And they're the same ones that throw around their pompous waste, like you do!
