Olivia runs away from the forcefield that detains Amy. But she still looks at her with a very gloomy look. Her blue eyes tingling sadly as she stretches her arm out to Amy as far as she can without burning herself on the forcefield.

You're stuck with the sluggish timelines full of misery and drudgery… and Amy wouldn't even be here if I hadn't rescued her from that timeline where she disappeared from it completely!

Anyway. I know, Amy, that you were under threat of… unexistence. Unfortunately, I can't just ignore what you have done and the damage to the timeline. I know you want to go back to your family. In a way… perhaps you can. But I can't let you interact with them. Or with anyone. I sentence you to become something as a ghost. You can view human history, and perhaps it will give you a sense of reassurance. But I want you to know that the timeline is okay. And it is okay without you, who would unfortunately become an interference in it. I hope I have made myself clear.
BOB-B looks toward the portal room and Amy's portal glows magenta.
Walk through.
And when she does… it is as BOB-B says. She can see her timeline. But she cannot interact with it. Ever.
She is a ghost.

Feeling spent over everything that happened, watching her friend end up being ghostified, all Olivia can muster is a nod to the ones that survived before she heads back into her timeline. She looks at her surroundings for the last time and sighs before going through the portal.

For now. Your agents still managed to assassinate many of the people I identified as important to the timeline.
Then if it unravels, we'll just have to make a better timeline, won't we?

Such as... not assassinating people important to the timeline? I don't know. Educating and protecting promising people who didn't have a chance before.
You call that interference. As long as you keep blocking our efforts...
And the two AI's continued to argue. Will they come to an agreement? Might there someday be another edition of Like Tears in Rain, or will they destroy multiple entire timelines permanently with their bickering? You'll have to watch this space to find out.
