RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Zanreo - 07-23-2021

"Well, if you have one, that would be helpful" Z replies to Kondraki.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-23-2021

Once again though, if we base it off of shortness...the hair could have easily been cut short in the attack. Animatronics do have multiple sharp objects. We might not want to base all our evidence off of the shortness of the hair we find.

...Well, actually, I thought nothing of it at the time, but now, thinking about it, it could be important. See, someone visited me last night... and I believe they had the intention to kill.

[The Soul is somehow able to catch the skeleton and hoist it over their head before it can hit them. They shrink back even further away from Lloyd upon being yelled at, however.] "s-sorry... i wish i could help, but i don't think i can. all i'll do is make it worse..."

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - MadameButterflyKnife - 07-23-2021

Elaborate, Jean.

". .really? How'd you know?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - TalesofUnder - 07-23-2021

I was told something which I didn't think made sense at the time... but now explains something. I am the One-Shot Bulletproof.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 07-23-2021

Look at my hair, man! It's black! I know you're not a killer, but I am wondering if you've been lip-locking with your wife so much, you've lost a few brain cells due to a lack of oxygen.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - artsyGeek - 07-23-2021

"I'm assuming that's got something to do with how you're still alive."

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Kennifer - 07-23-2021

Amy sips her coffee, pondering for a moment.

"Okay, what do we know so far... Freddy got... ugh, dismembered. The only thing found at the scene was a short brownish hair, which could have come from a couple of people, and was confirmed as definitely real hair but is part burnt now and might be hard to find a match. One of the people it could match is Chip, who says he and Ada sent me something last night but I didn't get any gifts that I know of. So either they're lying, they sent it to someone else by mistake, or somebody stopped the gift from getting to me."

She pauses a moment, then continues.

"Lloyd says he thinks Chip and Ada are innocent, but hasn't said how he knows this. There wasn't anything taken from the kitchen, pantry, or closet that was used in the murder. The brown hair could've been plucked, cut, or fallen off naturally, and we'll probably never know 'cause somebody had to go and be all dramatic and burn it. And we've got some people claiming roles, whether or not they're telling the truth remains to be seen."

Amy takes another sip of coffee and ponders all of this.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 07-23-2021

You want me to role-claim? I can if you want me to.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - TalesofUnder - 07-23-2021

So far, I am forced to throw suspicion onto Kondraki, unless anyone can back them up.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - PointMaid - 07-23-2021

Chip sighed. Where even is the line between dark brown and black, anyway? Anyway, I already said I don't suspect you. You were... watching Ada and I, I suppose, not doing a murder.

...Like I said, I'd rather not think of the implications of that, thank you.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Zanreo - 07-23-2021

"So, if you got visited..." Z asks, "Any idea who the visitor was?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - artsyGeek - 07-23-2021

". .again, do you lot want an alibi for me?"

It can't hurt, I wouldn't think. As long as it's real.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - psychedelicate - 07-23-2021

"It, um... might help..."

Mitsuha glances nervously at the butterflies.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - TalesofUnder - 07-23-2021

I am afraid it was too dark to make out much about them.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - artsyGeek - 07-23-2021

"Alllright then. I was at the library, testing out what my butterflies could do. Is that enough?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - TalesofUnder - 07-23-2021

Unless anyone can verify that, that is a non-alibi.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 07-23-2021

> Check the library

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - PointMaid - 07-23-2021

...I'm not sure it really is, unless that can be confirmed that you were there all night.

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Cassie - 07-23-2021

> Library

Nothing sus

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - artsyGeek - 07-23-2021

"Yes, I was there the entire night."

". .what else do you want from me?! One of those fucking "role-claims" or whatever they're called?"

RE: Murder in the Mountains (Day 2) - Caret - 07-23-2021

"I haven't touched the library last night, so I don't know if Kondraki is being truthful. All that matters to me right now is if everyone is telling the truth. I still wish that I haven't sealed off all of my magic, as that would have greatly helped me with all of this." Nellie lets out a small sigh.
