... There HAS to be something else... An ulterior motive for all of this... Why would he just... Go through all of this effort to kidnap specific people and make a game instead of it... You'd think that if he was truly a jerk, he'd just... Grab random people and just kill them directly...

Entrapta has a gleam in her eyes. An excited, determined gleam. "Listen. My biggest experiment back home was getting my planet out of the pocket dimension it was sealed into for its own protection. If I can pull that off, I can get to the bottom of these games. If Kanade is telling the truth, and my soul is bound to murdergames now, that's good. It means I really can just keep doing this games until I've got it right. If I'm murdered, if I become a killer, whatever happens! I'm excited! I have a lot of lost lives to make up for, after all..."

I mean, I'd think if this was actually being broadcast someone'd be trying to get him taken down and cancelled from the outside, too. So either he lied about it being broadcast, it's on a delay and hasn't gotten to that part in the outside world yet, or it's just taking people a while to figure out what to do."

Yeah. And I guess Jamie could be putting things on a delay... which would hopefully mean he'd get caught once he broadcasts. Unless he broadcasts and immediately moves. But then he seems to crave recognition so if he continues to broadcast other things under his name they still might find him...
Ugh. Either way it's probably not going to help us immediately.
