It hasn't escaped my notice that our areas face each other across the River, no. It also hasn't escaped my notice that from that vantage, you would be able to attack my position. I was defending my port.

Miss Banks, I thought you wished to make moves on the Military Base? Is there any reason for a lack of units stationed near there, or do you not desire it as much as you made out six months ago?
Additionally, I would like to discuss further with the OS how we would like to carve up the lands of the Seperatists.

Your position is not entirely describable as a stalemate, Banks. I would say you are at a disadvantage, as I do not see you gaining territority this year, whereas everyone else is in a good position to do so.

That does seem very fair. I will allow you to claim Olychia, Alatansuth, and Avashormynedd, at a minimum, If you would like to negotiate for other provinces, I am willing to listen.
I would like to discuss certain tactical matters in private with Alexandra and Markhan, if they would like to discuss maneuvers with me.
