Oh, Ms. Doe? She comes in here sometimes. Always pawning things off. Family Heirlooms, apparently. I don't ask what she needs the money for, and she doesn't tell me. She hasn't been here in a couple days. Is she okay?
Snap investigates the gum. [?] It's black now, but you're so masterful at staring at it that you quickly determine it was probably mint-flavored, and probably was green before.
Wood Man heads to Block 5. It's a park. There's some trees and things, and paths through it. It's wide open, and you feel distinctly exposed in it. There's a clear shot from multiple buildings into the park.

Seven: Look for minute traces at the crime scene [?]: It looks like the scene is pretty clean, especially for the region. All evidence suggests Jane was stabbed, shot, then left here dead, and then the scene was cleaned up after the fact. Most strange.
Wood Man also tries to investigate the scene [?]: It doesn't add any new information.
Mathra asks Seko for a warrant. She can't help you, but she doesn't say "don't forge a warrant." [9]: Your forgery is perfect, you even know the correct judge it would go through, and easily bluff your way to the recordings. It looks like Jane Doe was lurking outside the bar the night of the murder. A drunk construction worker (still in uniform) staggers out, and she follows him out of the range of the camera. About ten minutes later, the construction worker, looking shaken, can be seen passing back by the camera, walking into the street.
Oh? Sorry to hear that ma'am. She was a good customer. Would you like to buy anything?
The Man in Green shrugs. He doesn't seem particularly surprised, but less in an "I did the crime" way and more in a "It wasn't unexpected."

Seven asks around about people who saw the victim alive before the murder. [6]: People seem evasive and cagey about the situation, and a little scared, but it does seem that the last time anyone who is currently in the Catkin saw Jane Doe, she was lurking just outside the bar. After that, no one knows what happened.

Meanwhile, Lynne heads to the arms dealers, and asks to see the specialty stock. Entering the old factory building, she is shown shotguns, automatic weapons, and sniper rifles, as well as a box of Semtex and some processed ANFO, with all the appropriate ignition tools for each. The bald sales guy repeats his mantra.
Cash, Credit, or Debit, we don't take Crypto. Ammo's in the back. All these are untraceable.
Meanwhile, Snap tries to enter the store, and is immediately thrown out again before he can buy anything, landing on Wood Man.
Runner Five tries to talk to the bar patrons. [1]: She accidentally insults one of them, who throws a glass at her. 5-6, it misses, but it hits another customer, and a bar fight breaks out. Information may be hard to come by at this time.
Terezi tries to think about the information on hand.
1. The Catkin Lane Killer has killed exactly one person every night for the past 21 nights, all on block 7.
2. No witnesses have come forward.
3. The victim was bayonetted and shot with a shotgun, in that order.
4. The victim was a petty criminal.
5. The scene is unusually clean, it looks like any trace evidence was removed after the fact.
6. A construction worker was followed by Jane, and then, ten minutes later, walked back by the camera, visibly shaken, even on the grainy footage.
7. CSI only came to block 7 for the first case, and haven't come back since.
