A dark skinned young man with black hair, dyed with colorful streaks, notices the otter. What would a wild animal be doing out here? It didn't seem to be sent by anyone. Maybe some sort of exotic animal, he figured. Escaped from some criminal just waiting to rot away in some high-security facility.
He pokes the otter.

In a blink, and without a word, the blue-furred otter is gone, replaced by a blue-feathered hummingbird. "Ta-da~"
And in another blink, the hummingbird is replaced by... what can only be described as a giant walking gingerbread man, but bluer. "And cookie -"
And then in place of the blue dragonfruit cookie is a thirty-foot-long blue-scaled dragon. "And my natural form.
"I've got room to take five more forms on top of those, but I haven't decided what they'll be yet."

Matthew can be seen quietly reading a book in the corner of the room, just minding his own business. Except, he did seem to react to the colourful-haired man's comments suggests he does not exactly understand what they're saying. Seems Matthew's not currently using the 'Pog Kid' Personality.

I'm definitely over that," she says in the tone of someone who is definitely not over that. "Human wouldn't hurt, I suppose, but the cookie form works fine for now. Though honestly, I'd prefer a half-something, since I'm a blue."

As for why I want to pick a half-something form, it's... mostly just cause I can. Blue-group dragons, blues and silvers and sapphires and blue opals and turquoises, we get better shapeshifting. Ten forms instead of five and the ability to be a half-something." She's not going into unusuals and uniques.
