Thinking back to the dragon's definition of NME, Jessie made a snap decision to not tell anyone about Polaris. Polaris was the closest to what an NME was, and the Bureau worked to contain anomalies which could fit what he considered an NME was.
Whatever these NME hunters are, we need to protect ourselves against them. I've got my Service weapon, but we need to make sure everyone has something. I'd say unprotected people shop first.

Vriska, the Spookeez, and Medic purchased all four Teas, bringing their Piece count to 400. They could now drink any of them at any time to increase a stat.

They didn't know much about stats, but the bird lady said the Jade Tea could increase their speed. Being the hyperactive kids they are, speed is a good thing in their eyes.]
