[Luke nods at Flash's confirmation with a smile, finally putting his hat back on as well.] “Wonderful! Glad to hear you'll be joining us. So to wit, that's... Cool Sendri, Dipper, me, Madelyn, and Flash, out on patrol tonight. More than enough to ensure nobody else falls victim to Kronos-brand tomfoolery.” [He would add “and more than enough to ensure no one else meets the same fate as Jay”, but he knows that line of thinking is foolish. Intercepted murder or not, Kronos spies are still hiding within their ranks, and presumably they would be executed in inhumane fashion once they were found out. Luke shudders a bit, trying not to think about Jay's execution.]

(Nikei presses it, and it suddenly begins to project a film...)
WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT
The film shows Evil Jay Leno getting out of his tent at night, walking over to the supply crate, and opening it. He grabs gloves first and puts them on, then grabs a kerosene can and matchbox. He pours a kerosene trail leading all the way to Roxy's tent, then goes to Dio's tent. He takes a match out of the matchbox, stuffs the matchbox under Dio's bed, presses the match against Dio's fingertips, then lights the match on Dio. He walks back over to the kerosene trail, places the kerosene can at the end of it, then tosses the lit match onto the trail. One fireworks display later, he forges footprints in the ground using a rock, then walks back to his tent, takes off the gloves, throws them and the rock into the air, then takes off his chin and vaporizes them with the laser gun hidden underneath.

[When the film begins playing, Luke visibly recoils. So someone—or something—had the bright idea of filming what Jay did the previous night and showing it to them all once he had been executed. Was this some sort of twisted taunt from Klaus himself, trying his damnedest to prove the “evil” in Jay's name wasn't just some goofy moniker? Trying to prove the opposite of what Luke and the others had seen for themselves? Revolting. Dishonorable. Absolutely vile. He shakes his head and mutters angrily to himself.] “Jay...”
