Wait... what did I call it? OH YEAH! Soseki's Song of Serendipitous Suspicion!
Here is my theory. First, our murderer traipsed over to the storage room to get Some Supplies, Such as Stilts, gloves, matches, and noose rope. They already had a dart gun from yesterday's assignment, so they used it to sedate Kiryu-san, rendering him unconscious. Our murderer was not tall enough to tie the noose rope to the ceiling by themselves, so they used the stilts, then hung Kiryu-san like a piece of meat in a butcher's shop, killing him. They had gloves on, so as not to leave fingerprints. But the stilts were also incriminating, so what did they do? They set them ablaze, then attempted to hide their crime by flushing the ashes and their gloves down into the plumbing. But I'm so sorry, Yukichi-san... There's no escaping your actions! Your Dirty Deeds have Done you Dead!

It wasn't a rope, meow. Muscle guy was hung with a belt, woof... As weird as he sees Yukichi, Gin seems to be having doubts about him being the killer.
