Uhh...Honestly, really good quote. Ah like it. Short, quick, doesn't need an explanation ta anyone, doesn't have whispers of treason. Makin' the uniforms contain the surveillance is a good idea. Doesn't even matter if it gets out that these things exist, because it'll be easy ta tell if they try to deactivate it. Yer idea ta centralize it does leave a huge vulnerability, but if we jus' have that run out of a different center by a different department, there'll be no interpersonal loyalties in the way. Uhh... an'... fuckin'... lockpicks. No. Gonna reject that. As much as keys and keychains are a symbol of status by showin' yer approved ta do many things, lockpicks are a show that ya ain't approved ta do many things yer doin'. Ah mean, unless yer contracted ta spy on neighbors or somethin', but it's hard enough ta control who gets lockpicks.
Anyway, in conclusion, Ah'm honestly surprised none of y'all thought of recyclin' the extra metal into cans. Ya make cans in Allfield. But ultimately, Ah think Pinky an' the Brain had the best ideas. The weights are a good use, an' easy enough ta get made, an' everything else seemed reasonable, apart from the reduction to one point of exit. An' they provided some ideas ta get our poster team started. So Pinky an' the brain win the patriot points, An'...

All George could do is pout over being told his plan is okay. He's George, the Alliance should recognize his genius. But at least Mark didn't win, as George was deep down getting envious over the billionaire killer winning as of late. But of course, those mice had to get it.
