The host hands Sonic three keys, then pauses in thought for a moment and snaps her fingers.
With a crackle of energy, Tails suddenly falls out of a portal and lands next to Sonic with an "oof!"

Sam gets up the courage to leave the ballroom, and finds himself in the lobby. Okay, it doesn't look like the Overlook. Then he sees Sonic and Tonya.

Jocelyn wakes up bright and early. She tiptoes out of Stew's room, making sure to not wake him. Today was Valentine's Day, after all; letting him sleep in was probably the bests option, as it'd give her time to prepare her present.
She heads to the kitchen.

Amanda is busy setting out envelopes. She doesn't have a significant other, but she's got a lot of friends, so she's found some friend-appropriate cards. She's leaving them out in places where she believes people will be able to find them. Her hair is almost all bright red today, with pink highlights. (Hey, at least the streak blends in!)
