And yes, unfortunately they both seem fishy to me, too. I'm going to take my time to come to a decision, but I do believe it will be between those two.

The bonded thing, if true, makes it more awkward since if Avril is innocent and we vote it out we risk Kirby and Ribbon also being innocent and really kind of handing things to the scum, if Avril is scum and Kirby and Ribbon aren't then there's the whole 'collateral damage' thing... if they're both scum and covering for each other though... and then there's Autumn, who... it's a shame if she's innocent and did send Khom something because that evidence disappeared... or they could all be innocent, or both guilty and voting for each other to try to give the other one an out like 'oh hey I wouldn't vote for my fellow scum!'. Admittedly, part of me wants to go for Avril. But it's risky as you said. It'd be really bad if the dragon and the puffball and his little girl are innocent. And of course, there's Autumn, who's slightly less risky as a vote. If we go for her, then at least it'd be one down if she were innocent. Though if she were a killer, even better than us. Although, I'm curious, puffball. What's the deal with Bronwyn? Maybe you can elaborate on that?
