Hmmm, that's in dart form, not pill form, so that rules mine out. If they were once in pill form, however, that would mean whoever used those darts have some degree of pharmaceutical knowledge to know the proper dose and how to liquidize them without making them lose their intended effects.... something I don't know how to do. I'm an inventor, not a chemist!
