Ting-Lu barks out.
Slow down. Do you not get paid to think back in your worlds?

It snaps at Dorothy.
What is this tomfoolery? If you are innocent, you just know that. And if you let yourself die, a guaranteed (from your view) innocent dies. However, if you stand your ground, it is possible one of your enemies may die instead. If you are going to die anyway because of people being far too hasty, you may as well state what role you had in this mess. All will be revealed regardless...

Jenny flinches at Dorothy's suggestion...

M-Me... I... What... do you... No... I... mustn't be... I... We'll see...

So... this is the end fur meow... furnny... I thought I'd be more scared...

Dorothy closes her eyes and waits.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - NebulaChimera2211 - 07-09-2023

Ting-Lu shakes its head in pity and annoyance.
You have the fortune, or misfortune, of having the excuse of being the next prime suspect. But the others...

It starts considering killing the others itself if Dorothy is innocent.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Kennifer - 07-09-2023

Veronica glances at Dorothy. "You're not going to tell us your role or anything, then?"

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Whistle - 07-09-2023

At very least tell us... who you think you are... as you stay... so far on the line...

"... Well, there you go. Giving up. Not even trying to talk us out of it. If she's not possessed, she's stupid, and we don't need that either."

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Whistle - 07-09-2023

If I die tonight... I better not die wrong.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Mr. Lee Hammer - 07-09-2023

Looks like the mortals have spoken. And yet it appears you choose to remain silent before your fate. Very well, I have no need for final words. I crave your soul.

The Ranger grasps his/her hands together before pulling his/her arms back as a hole rips open on the ground. Everyone looking down the hole sees green souls spinning around the inside as if they were in a blender. All the souls do is moan as a clawed skeletal hand snatches up Dorothy. She doesn't even fight it as it yanks her into the hole. All anyone can hear is her screams which get louder, all that mixed in with her flesh and bone getting torn apart. After a moment, the screams stop as the only audible sound is the ripping apart of her body before that too stops. A moment of silence passes before the ground starts rumbling. Cracks break through below everyone's feet. The earth trembles stronger before a geyser of blood, guts, bone, and fur launches up towards the sky. Followed by blood mist that gets over the survivors. The remains of Dorothy rain down everywhere, soaking everyone and everything in her bloody remains. The hole closes back up and appears as if the ground was never broken.

Right where the hole was, Dorothy's souls rises up. She looks at everyone there, wondering what's going on. And looking down at her body, now glowing blue and transparent, she is quick to figure out she's dead. She hollers to get someone's attention before dark souls rise from above the ground. They move toward Dorothy, pass through her ghostly body before they pull her back. She screams for help as the souls whisk her away from everyone. All for naught right before they all disappear. Dorothy now awaits her new torture as she is now another one for Agatha's collection.

You actually succeeded in finding one of my possessed this time. Dorothy was The Mask. But I implore you. I still have two more among you and they will destroy you all. Keep finding the possessed. We can weaken her... take her out...

Konji, unfazed, licks the blood off of his snout.
Tastes of victory.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Florien - 07-09-2023

That death was bloody, it is true, but victory is won today. Trust in the list, ye of plains, for it shall not lead you astray. The list we've traveled down before, another notch we did descend, and now we have an enemy who's met a rather bitter end.

So submit now to The Wolf, she shall protect you to the end, and if you follow my decisions, You may even be my friends. Next to be is task to do, a duty we must most perform, (those who've naught to do but die had best avoid the coming storm.)

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Kennifer - 07-09-2023

"Oh. Good, we got one!"

Veronica manages to look relieved and disgusted at once.

"I'm just gonna..."

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Whistle - 07-09-2023

Konji, enraged, swipes his hook dangerously close to Talantravi's snout.

Fluffy one. The only recourse for liars like you... is swift immolation.

Konji leans up against the tree, tries to make a speech.

For those who fear the night... I give you three figures for whom Kel... the moon... does not shine their light...
The fluffy one...
He points to Talantravi.
The soft one...
He points to Maryann.
And the golden one.
He points to Phikul.

On another end, the stony one... keep it in your heart. I know not if he will deserve... my hook.

For some reason, you decide the best place to clean yourself is at the river. You know, with the rapid-flowing waters with the jagged areas that are easy to get caught in and drown? Yeah, guess what happens after you take a dive right in? The Ranger, however, raises your corpse out of the river and brings you back to life.

You dim child... I may be over 300 years old and have little knowledge over how technology has improved since then, but I am aware that some of the cabins and RVs have showers you could have cleaned yourself off with.

You're back to life and you look down on yourself. And you do notice, the raging waters have cleaned up that Dorothy gunk. Sure you drowned and all, but it was worth it.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Kennifer - 07-09-2023

"Okay hopefully that'll be the last time I die for a while!"

...Veronica says as if a challenge isn't looming.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Zanreo - 07-09-2023

Shin tries to not show his disgust over being covered in all this gore. He was used to blood, but this... this was something else... "Alright... one down, like I suspected. We only got a few left now!"

>go to your RV to take a quick shower

>go to your RV to take a quick shower (Shin)

You're all squeaky-clean now. You could eat off yourself if you wanted to

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Zanreo - 07-10-2023

"Aah, that's better..."

Shin gets dressed and goes back to the others again, ready for today's challenge.

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Dookie - 07-10-2023

"Well, at least they were a killer right?"

Stan looks down to see his blood-splattered clothes.

"Oh for fuck's sake..."

> shower off

You try to take a shower in your RV. But cursed your luck, it doesn't have any water!

RE: Witch Trip 2: The Witch is Back - Mr. Lee Hammer - 07-10-2023

Look at all these people, dead before you all arrived. And all of you will be far from the last. But it does get boring just possessing everyone and killing them all within a day. At least you just left them to die right then-and-there. What's the purpose of making them suffer like this? Killing them then bringing them back to life again? Repeating it on-and-on. Are you trying to break these people? Very astute, Ranger. You answered your own question. Fancy yourself a genius? Yes, I get the urge to twist the minds of these mortals. Leave them all where they all beg me to kill them. Then I would take their souls to torture for my ends. You see? No matter what mood I am in, I always find a way for you all to entertain me. Now perhaps it is time for you all to see what life was like before I came to this camp... life back in my old resting place.

Black fog overtakes you all. You lose consciousness and all feeling to your bodies before your minds can even register it. The next thing you know, you all wake up into a forest. You are all separated from your companions at the camp. Now each of you are in a group with new people. A part of what appears to be a hiking trip across the forest.

1. One of the people there looks off. Nothing at all like the others. Instead of enjoying the hike, they look at everyone else with bloodlust. They quickly kill off everyone else, leaving you as the sole survivor. And you're next. Find a way to escape from this deranged person. Or defend yourself.

2. Time rewinds back to the start of the hiking trip. You and your group go on like normal. Then suddenly, you feel something tuck into your body. And now you hear voices telling you to kill everyone here. No matter how hard you resist, your own willpower weakens to the point where it ceases to exist. Now all you want to do is kill your hiking group. There are no other options. Kill them all. Make it bloody. And make sure none of them survive.

3. Time rewinds once again. Now one of your hiking group members go and kill everyone else, including you. You briefly have a chance to look down at your dead body before the dark souls pull you into the ground where you end up in a Hell-like place and Agatha herself stands over you. She has her dark souls rip into your soul body. You feel their lashes burn and bleed. You wouldn't think dead spirits can do that, but you end up surprised. But in your pain, you look around and see the past victims being tortured right now. Why you even think you see your fallen companions at the camp such as Claudette, Ai, Popo and Dorothy. But also, you think you see a light. High up, seemingly out of reach. This may be your only way to escape though. Head to the light and see if you can't escape from this hell.

Saga 2, Chapter 26, Poem 19, Stanzas 112-122
1. Those who oppose, those who have hunted, in the times that came 'afore, the ones who stood against The Wolf had never faced true threats before, a swing of blade, a swing of axe, and deadly twang of string of bow, arrows pierce their frail flesh, and they shall taste their own blood flow.

Some have said they'd face The Wolf and perhaps they'd stay ahead, but anyone who's tried before (without exception!) ended dead.

2. Fear's the weapon of any ruler, terror is what she brings, it's true, and if it's you who stands against, she'll bring that terror down on you too. The shadows creep, the life shall bend, she does not fear, for fear's her friend. They cannot run, the fire's high, they'll fear so much they'll freeze... and die.

Some have said they'd face The Wolf and claimed that they'd stay ahead, but everyone who's tried before (without exception!) ended dead.

3. A little pain can be fought through, for even death cannot constrain. The Wolf has always powered through, The Wolf can never be contained. This plays to strengths, the truth is clear, THERE IS NO WAY TO HOLD HER BACK... She broke from chains. She always does. She'll kill them all, and not look back.
Some have said they'd face The Wolf, and all have thought they'd stay alive. But of EVERYONE who took that path, not a SINGLE ONE SURVIVED.

Konji decides he may as well have one last hurrah before he bites it.

  1. First, he will use his presence and large size to intimidate the killer. If he lets his guard down he'll pick him up and try to throw him into a nearby tree. If he tries to strike, he'll immolate him with his fire breath. If that doesn't work, he'll strangle him to death.
  2. His hook being his only weapon, Konji tries to slash them as much as he can to ensure that they are bleeding out to their deaths, and if that doesn't work he stabs them in the heart. He can reuse corpses to whack others to death, but it's not usually his brand of murder.
  3. Trying to make up for what he caused, Konji tries  to goad Ai and Popo's souls up with him, then ensure that he can fly hard enough and fast enough—albeit close enough as he can to the wall—to escape into the light. If they don't make it, then he shall join them anyway.

1. You come well-armed against the one trying to kill you. A swing of a blade here, a swing of an axe there, a few arrows for good measure. But the killer doesn't go down easy. They're a bit more durable than they look as it results in a long, hard-fought battle that ends with you reigning supreme. The Wolf prevails.

Rolled 5.

2. Now that you're the one possessed, you don't even need your weapons. You think your intimidating aura is more than enough to do the job for you. You're right. Being close to the mere presence of the Wolf, most of the other members of the hiking group cannot as such raise an eyebrow as they stand motionless until their hearts give out and collapse, all because of your aura. A few run away, but they're so focused on getting away from you, they run into the barrier The Witch set up across the forest and burst in flames upon contact. The Wolf prevails.

Rolled 4 and 3+ for intimidation aura for 7.

3. You're quite the bold one. You made it clear you're not afraid of no one. You go on the warpath. You find a way to slaughter all the souls, even the ones you were companioned with back at the camp. And you even take out the Witch herself, stabbed through the heart with your own sword. Was it the real Witch? Was it a hallucination? Her presence projected to you? Doesn't matter. You bested her just like you said. But in your quest to butcher everyone in this hellish landscape, you wreck up the place, destroying the foundations itself. Your victory is short-lived as it all crumbles on top of you, crushing you underneath all that weight. The Wolf prevails, but her own lust for battle did her in at the end.

Rolled 10.

Talantravi "Ahlksorkhin" has scored a total of 22 points.

You wake up among the Camp as if nothing happened. Was it a dream? Was it reality? You're not really sure.

1. The killer will stop at nothing to come after you, not even intimidated at all by your huge size. So that's where you bring out the fire breath. Indeed, you incinerate the Possessed one into ashes. But it all comes at a huge price. Your fire breath not only cremates the killer, but it also sets the whole forest ablaze. All you can do is watch the trees light up, ashen remains of leaves fall on you as breathing in all the smoke suffocates you before the flames reach your corpse.

Rolled 9 and 2+ for fire breath (since scale-breaking can't go over 11) for 11.

2. Your hook aids you well as you go in slashing the other members of the group. Before you know it, decapitated heads drop, limbs lobbed off, throats thrashed out, guts gashed open. You do it all. You're practically bathing in their blood as you stand alone. Not any of them had a chance against you.

Rolled 8.

3. You're a bit slow to fly out of the area as it is, with Ai and Popo in tow. This only results in Agatha sending her dark souls after you as they swarm on you like maggots. You go out of control, as if you're a plane going through a turbulence. The dark souls burn and gnaw into your ghostly body as your flying grows more rockier and erratic. You even whack your head on the hellish ceilings several times, even cutting your head on the stalactites. But somehow, the souls force you out of the hellish area. But now they chase you around, looking to end your spiritual existence now you're back on Earth as well as the souls who try to drag Ai and Popo back to the hellish place.

Rolled 2 and 2- for slow speed (again, can't go into negatives here) for 0.

General Konji Lonjummu has scored a total of 19 points.

You wake up among the Camp as if nothing happened. Was it a dream? Was it reality? You're not really sure.
