RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - noodlesnook - 05-16-2023 Bronwyn glances over at the board, then back to Avril. "I don't think mathematics would be usable with all this 'chaos' going on. What if we were to... hm..." > pick up and inspect one of the knives RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Oggy123 - 05-16-2023 "Uuuuhhh..." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Florien - 05-16-2023 You... You understand now, right? You all saw that, right? There is no evidence! There won't ever be evidence. There will never never never ever be a way to narrow this down through "physical evidence". There is no... No option to not execute. So... So someone has to die. It seems genuinely angry at the situation. Why can't you see? You end up in a situation with no victory and you refuse to see it! RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - PointMaid - 05-16-2023 ...Well, you're a right raincloud. Obviously we're not going to get anywhere if we don't try. Besides, it lowers the ratings. That's gonna really piss whoever's organizing this off and probably want to make them give us a jolt making things even harder so we'll at least do something. I know, I've been in the broadcast booth. I thought we already checked the knives, though. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - wingedcatgirl - 05-16-2023 > pick up and inspect one of the knives (@noodlesnook) They are still ordinary throwing knives. They do not have any convenient Hair Of Specifically The Murderer on them. You're not going to find physical evidence positively and unambiguously identifying the killer. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-16-2023 "...this better not be broadcast, I do not want people watching me on tv." "Anyway, that... Kizuna I think it is, has been awfully quiet, whether that means anything or not." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Oggy123 - 05-16-2023 "So... you guys have any ideas?" RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-16-2023 "Obviously not or we'd have voted." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Whistle - 05-16-2023 ... Wait, what even happens if none of us vote? RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - wingedcatgirl - 05-16-2023 "If none of you vote, I kill you all. "... because c'mon, c'mon, what fun is a game if everyone refuses to play?" RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 05-16-2023 That's just swell, Brian says before gulping some of his flask down. So I guess there were talks between Avril and Autumn. But which of these should we go for. Both have compelling reasons. But I'm not really sure. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - PointMaid - 05-17-2023 Candy just nods. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Florien - 05-17-2023 Well... I did already vote. So... so no risk. Of that happening. becauseipaidattentionandactuallydidwhatiwassupposedto Avril gives a sort of nervous shrug. What that looks like for a quadrupedal dragon is left as an exercise for the reader to determine Anyway... if you really want to kill one of those... one of those two options, I... I obviously recommend not me, first because I'm known to be bonded to Kirby who I can confirm is innocent though... you... you obviouslywontbelievemewhenitellyouforobviousreasonsofcourseimeanwhywouldyou... but I can confirm that both kirby and I are innocents. I promise you I have verification. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Whistle - 05-17-2023 Autumn shuffles a bit... I, I gave the little dragon guy a... a first aid kit before he, he died. ... I'll be able to give you something if I live long enough here... RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Oggy123 - 05-17-2023 "Yeah, don't think you should vote out the dragon. If Avril goes, we go, and we're innocent, which means..." "It means you're losing another innocent, poyo!" RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-17-2023 "If you're all innocent it'd be extra bad to vote one of you out, yeah. But if you're not... I mean all we have is your word right now, and if those who are bonded don't have to be good, or even on the same side, then what, you've got to be the last ones standing or something? And for Autumn... it's a shame that if she sent something to someone that it's somebody who died and can't confirm it. There's not a medkit by the body or something is there?" "...and I still want to know why Kizuna over there is so quiet." Lithium sighs, sitting down on the tent floor in a bit of a huff with a swish of her hair that looks more dramatic than it's supposed to be since really she just doesn't want to sit on it. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - PointMaid - 05-17-2023 Yeah, exactly. None of that is really helping any of your cases with me a ton. ...Including being so quiet, you're right, Lithium. Or more to the point from my perspective, not trying to figure things out at all. Although that could just be... exhaustion, I guess. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-17-2023 "Another thing I'd think if Avril, Kirby, and Ribbon are all innocent then why didn't a killer go after them last night and try to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak? Unless there's merit to Avril's bus driver theory after all. But again, how would that be confirmed? Hell I don't even know that you're not a killer and I'm not just giving you ideas and such. I can only speak for myself and what I know and that it's... more than I knew when I went to bed but not actually helpful yet." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 05-17-2023 Right, the whole Avirl, Kirby, Ribbon thing... it does seem a bit risky to put that out there, doesn't it? Leave yourself open for a kill like that... RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-17-2023 "And yet in the event that it's the truth, eliminating two innocents would be horrible. So I don't know what to do. I just know I'm not going to blindly vote for somebody just for not liking them or whatever. Which ah... there actually was a bit more of a strategy to my vote yesterday that isn't the case today." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - wingedcatgirl - 05-17-2023 "Have you considered starting by figuring out who you definitely don't want to vote for?" You're giving them advice? "I want chaos, not dithering!" RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - PointMaid - 05-17-2023 I don't know. If they're not killers, maybe the actual killers figured someone would be... watching or protecting them and it would be too risky? I don't know, though, as I said, maybe that's a bit far-fetched. It is rather strange. ...As for not liking somebody, well, yes. Candy frowned. Not the greatest reason to vote someone out, to way the least. I didn't exactly like Jack. Her face clearly was saying she didn't like Jack at all. But I tried to see the evidence against him yesterday, or lack of it, rather than whether I personally wanted him... eliminated. Even if we were getting along better. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Mr. Lee Hammer - 05-17-2023 So let me get this straight. This Jack guy, whoever he was, got executed and from what it sounds like people voted for him for no good reason other than not liking him? Am I right about this? If so, I wonder... who was the most eager to rid of him? That might be a good place to start. RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - Kennifer - 05-17-2023 "Well, there was probably also some genuine suspicion there, as well as knowledge that the Amnesiac could inherit his roles." "I think it was Avril that started the voting. I did have my own reasons for voting, but I think it was almost a foregone conclusion by that time." RE: The Carousel of Chaos (role madness murdergame) - PointMaid - 05-17-2023 It was Avril that started in on him, yeah. ...By the end, even he thought it was such a foregone conclusion he placed the last vote for himself. Unless that was just his usual narcissism making him think he had to be 'special' and get executed first or something. |
