Probably both. He looks like he's in a mood where he would appreciate both affection and food pretty highly.
Also, water. He's still trying to recover from all the smoke and fire, after all.
But it's anyone's guess whether they can actually figure that out. I'm just narrative text describing some facts they might deduce from observation, they can't actually hear me directly.

Well if the voice wasn't lying when they said there were 13 tosses, and there's what now, 8 of us left, that means some people would get it at least twice anyway even with every8ody getting it once. Right?

Eight briefly glances around the room, then spaces out for a second before focusing again. I think there are nine of us still left. But yes, for thirteen throws, even if it were to land on each of us at least once to spread it out as much as possible, some of us would inevitably get it more than once.
