"Reading back through our employee handbook, I find myself wondering how aware the Chairperson and Presiding Member are of which edicts are pro-rebel or not. Presumably they have to have some awareness, otherwise there'd be little point in rebels infiltrating the roles, but if they have complete awareness they'd have no plausible deniability when they get their edicts passed."
