The Mansion, now without it's load-bearing paintings, begins to collapse faster. What was once a 10-mintue timer until it collapses now shrinks to five. Anyone who is still inside will get buried in the rubble.
"I'm just glad we got out of there in time."

??? kicks Pecan in the Cashews as they steal a few paintings and run away from the mansion.
Pecan is stuck in rubble, barely breathing, as the bubbled pie's bubble is close to completely breaking.
"help...i'm gonna... (cough) die....PLEASE!"

The bubble holding the pie is about to burst.

The bubble bursts.
The pie is buried in rubble. Gone. Dead. No more of it left.

Pecan screams as loud as she can.

Chris hears Pecan screaming.
"HOLY SHIT!"
She rushes to Pecan, noticing Henka still struggling to haul the trash.
"DROP THE TRASH! SOMEONE'S IN DANGER!"
"GYAH! OK!"
They both try to pull up the rubble Pecan got stuck in.

"Ahh, shit..." Mindy rushes to the scene and tries to help lift the rubble off, as best as a scrawny-looking 14-year-old girl can do. But what she lacks in strength, she makes up for in her willpower.
Hang on, I'm comin'! Gary also rushes to the scene and digs at the rubble like a prairie dog to try and save Pecan.

Pecan starts crying intensely, knowing that she's already got a foot in the coffin.
Still she seems to start to slide out. It's working!

??? gets a shudder down their spine hearing Pecan.
“They're....they're still alive???”
She runs over to Pecan.

Pecan gets out, very weak, barely breathing, and crying her heart out over the death of her pie.
“I'm...I'm...”
??? Comes up to Pecan, and puts their hands over her nose and mouth, trying to suffocate her.
“YOU AREN'T MEANT TO MAKE IT! THE VOID HAS DECIDED YOU AS UNCHANGEABLE! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DIE!”

She is very close to passing out or even dying.

A strange device drops out of their pocket...
Pecan takes a deep breath in.
”OOOOOOOOOOOOH.....I'm...I'm alive...but but...the pie...it's...am I half of...a human...”
She passes out from exhaustion. Anyone who touches her heart could note that it was still beating. She wasn't dead, thankfully.

The Mansion's roof gives in, collapsing onto the floor below, and then the floor below that, leaving the entire place rubble on the inside. Amazingly, the outer walls remained intact, as if they were made to weather the worst of disasters. Anyone caught inside was buried in the rubble............Or would have been had Amethyst not put the painting down and took the brunt of it, ensuring their safety.
"That.........hurt........." She said, before collapsing. Nephrite rushed to her side, and was relieved that she wasn't hurt too badly. So, she carried Amethyst onto the Zeppelin.
