Mettaton at first tries to restrain himself, but he ultimately snaps. He starts speaking in a stereotypical villain voice, but at the same time, it seems to be mixed in with what appears to be genuine remorse.

Let'ss... deal with thiss in appropriate manner. Ansswer thesse quesstionss correctly, and floran letss you go free. All of them. Misss even one, you die.
The Quizzical Conundrum.
Quesstion one: How many quesstionss will you lasst before floran killss you? Iss the ansswer 1, 4, 3, or 6?
It's a random guess, but Mettaton picks 4.
Correct. Quesstion two: In the Monty Hall problem, iss it better to sswitch doorss or not, asssuming monty preferss you don't win and you have a perfect knowledge of sstatissticss, and that iss common knowledge?
Mettaton correctly guesses "do not switch", suspecting a trick question.
Very good. Monty will only offer the opportunity to sswitch if you picked the correct door. Otherwisse, he'll jusst open it and you win a goat. Quesstion three: Do you think you can correctly ansswer the fourth quesstion?
Mettaton, feeling confident, picks "yes".
Obvioussly, that iss correct. You do think that. Quesstion four: How many ssecondss remain until floran killss you?
The question seems simple enough to bypass. If mettaton guesses the number of seconds that have passed since Sendri asked the question, Sendri can't kill him, right? Because if Sendri did, than he'd be right! It's been ten seconds. Ten seconds is the guess made.
Wrong! The correct ansswer was "It doessn't matter because you made up your mind the moment that lasst vote was casst and there iss no way I get out of thiss alive."
Sendri presses a button on a remote and Mettaton's entire upper section explodes, the rest collapsing to the ground, dead.
Huh. Floran really should talk with IT about reducing the explossive power of thosse kill chipss. Lithium, get in here and get his gun. Cleanup team, drag the body out to ssea, dump it. In casse you hadn't figured it out... He was the Black Hat Gunsslinger.
Lithium, who you could have sworn didn't come over on the boat, pops up from apparently nowhere behind everyone, grabs a firearm from the ground by mettaton, and walks off.
Well, Ah'm impressed with y'all.
Sendri and the security forces get in the boat and leave, and Lithium walks off before you can figure out where she came from or where she's going. Mettaton's remains are dragged off by the security too.
Night phasse in one hour.
