I don't think we can truly rule out anyone. As the hunter can hide in a blind and become mere leaves to the forest creatures, so could someone wishing to hunt the hunter take measures to seem shorter or taller than they are, and leave different tracks than they otherwise would.
Alksorkhin picks her nails with the tip of an arrow, which seems like an excellent way to get an infection, except that for all the scars made from obviously untreated wounds, not one shows signs of having developed an infection. Perhaps she frightens that which would give her an infection too. Perhaps she shall never get sick. Perhaps even death itself cannot come for her, as she would frighten the reaper away.
However, let us work with the assumption that the killer is as small as mid-sized human, or smaller. At least for now.
