RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-04-2023 >See if there's any foot or shoe prints on the stilts. (Gramps) As you attempt to look, you poke yourself in the eye with the stilts. You're fine, but damn that hurts. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Magolor - 01-04-2023 Badgerclops attempts to lower himself from the rafters using his extendo-arm, but just shatters off a piece of the wood instead, falling on his rump. Ow... I can't believe somebody would actually do this! He ruminates for a while, and starts thinking about what to do next. Alright, let's see, let's see... Somebody used the stilts to get up and break the pipe, but also tied the girl to the pole... did they somehow tie her up without her waking up? Weird. Badgerclops proceeds to > also try and examine those stilts, but more specifically for any marks on the *sides*. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - PointMaid - 01-04-2023 > also try and examine those stilts, but more specifically for any marks on the *sides*. You find again that the stilts show water marking up to the flood line, but nothing specifically about marks on any of the sides of the stilts. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Magolor - 01-04-2023 Well, I guess that's all from me. He shrugs after taking five steps. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - EeveeGirlChey - 01-04-2023 "Well, it was worth a try! Let me think..." [Grampy sits on the floor and switches his deerstalker cap out for his thinking cap. He spends a minute trying to think of something. Once he thought of something, the lightbulb on the cap lights up.] "Aha! I know what to do now!" [Grampy takes his thinking cap off, puts his deerstalker hat back on, and pulls out a magnifying glass.] >Look all over the set for any further clues. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Florien - 01-04-2023 Leroy leaves a 1-star yelp review on the studio. "Murderer on set elusive, did not kill my wife. Service otherwise passable." It is unclear why that's worth a 1-star review when the service was otherwise apparently perfectly adequate. Meanwhile, Loretta, not desperate enough yet to try >find all the evidence, tries to... >Look for chloroform, perhaps Haruhi was knocked out before being tied to the pillar. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - TheOtherCG - 01-04-2023 "The killer must've done a good job covering up their tracks," Walt commented. "I normally hate giving up, but unless someone finds the smoking gun, I feel like we should call quits." RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Zanreo - 01-04-2023 "No! We can't give up now! There gotta be... something else .. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Florien - 01-04-2023 Acting like Leroy when you aren't him makes you look suspicious. To give up implies you have some vested interest in us giving up. Loretta looks suspiciously at the two who have suggested giving up. Especially when we're looking for further evidence as we speak, and it is you who are being deader weight Leroy and Haruhi's corpse put together. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Zanreo - 01-04-2023 "If we can't get anything more put of the evidence, let's consider the motive! If no one tried killing, we'd all lose our cartoon powers for the day, remember? Now... who here would suffer the most from that?" RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Zanreo - 01-04-2023 *out of RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-04-2023 >Look all over the set for any further clues. (Grampy) There's really nothing else new that's not found already >Look for chloroform, perhaps Haruhi was knocked out before being tied to the pillar. You're not finding any RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - wingedcatgirl - 01-04-2023 "There's really not a lick of evidence pointing to a specific person," Adrien mutters. "Whoever did this was very careful, it seems. "And it's not like the person who suffers most from losing cartoon powers is the only reasonable suspect. Anyone who suffers at all from it might have been motivated." I can't transform into Cat Noir here anyway, it'd be far too obvious. But I wouldn't want to lose the ability entirely... RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Kennifer - 01-04-2023 "It could also have been somebody who wanted to impress the hosts or liked the idea of a killing game?" Tina didn't sound like she liked either of these ideas, but she was going to throw them out there. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - PointMaid - 01-04-2023 Meanwhile, Lotta is sitting there with a lounge chair she just popped open on the deck of the now de-flooded steamship set. She's got her laptop open and a glass of something in one hand and a bowl of popcorn in the other. Popcorn? RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-04-2023 Please!, Mincer says as he snacks on some popcorn while sucking down a soda cup through a straw. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-05-2023 All right, folks! We gotta move things along! You all need to vote for someone or skip! Because we got challenges to do. You all got till 9 Eastern to do something! Mincer pulls out a giant clock. The clock is ticking... And the clock is indeed ticking.... because Mincer turns the clock around and shows it's wired to dynamite. So get to voting or whatever! Unless you all wanna be part of a fireworks show! Me personally, I like seeing someone go out with a bang. But I'm sure you all don't want that. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-05-2023 And that's PM BTW, I forgot to add that RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - PointMaid - 01-05-2023 That's right, listen to Mincer! Nine PM Eastern! We can't have this going on forever. ...She tosses a handful of popcorn into her mouth. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - TheOtherCG - 01-05-2023 "Leroy and Lorretta, you sounded rather aggressive over us not being able to find real actual evidence, which while I understand wanting to find who done it, is just unnessary. But face it, we haven't found any real evidence. I'm sure we can get 'em next time." /SKIP VOTE RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Kennifer - 01-05-2023 "Auuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh. Think, Tina, think!" Tina again goes over what's been discovered so far. Haruhi was tied to a pole, then the pipes were tampered with to flood the studio and drown her. The stilts... okay she wasn't sure if the killer used them in the crime somehow (due to being short?), if someone else used them to try and make people think the killer was short, if they were used to keep the door closed, or if somebody just used them to try and stay above the water and they didn't even have anything to do with the crime. So she'd put the stilts aside for now, mentally, and try to think who might have been driven to kill by the motive or who might just think it'd be fun. And that, so far, she had no clue on yet. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Mr. Lee Hammer - 01-05-2023 Voting: /skip vote: 1 (Walt Disney) 6 votes are needed for the skip or execution, whichever RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Guma - 01-05-2023 We shouldn't be killing anyone unless we have decisive evidence. Until we do, I'm skipping too. /skip vote RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - wahoothis - 01-05-2023 So. Guess who was out longer than you thought because of his own self-induced conscious. Because on the scene stumbled a half-awake Perch, barely rubbing his eyes with a yawn. "This... This is Perch Perkins... *yawn* Requesting a cup of joe and an explanation for what happened...?" Because from what he could tell, everyone's standing around like they're at a funeral and the studio lot is flooded. RE: Toontown Showdown 2 - Magolor - 01-05-2023 No longer flooded, thankfully. SO somebody maybe used some stilts to reach the water pipes and flood and drone this high school girl who they also somehow tied to a pole without waking up. I don't really know anyone who especially fits that description. /vote skip I mean, if anybody can come up with something better, that would be cool, but I think my brain's done for now... |
